We are seeking a detail‑oriented and strategic procurement officer to manage the bank’s supply of products and services. He or She will be responsible for identifying cost‑effective deals and suppliers, negotiating contracts, and ensuring the timely and efficient procurement of goods and services in line with the bank's policies and standards.
Responsibilities- Develop and execute sourcing strategies.
- Track and report key functional metrics to reduce expenses and improve effectiveness.
- Forecast price and market trends to identify changes in buyer‑supplier power.
- Assess and mitigate risks related to procurement activities.
- Determine quality, quantity, and timing of deliveries.
- Monitor and enforce compliance with procurement policies and procedures.
- Negotiate contracts, terms, and deadlines with vendors.
- Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery, and invoices.
- 3–5 years of procurement experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
- Additional certifications in CIPS preferred.
