• Handle vehicle registration renewal, transfer and de‑registration for the lease‑to‑own fleet.
• Manage traffic files, fines, Salik processes, lock fines, release of impounded vehicles and police reports.
• Coordinate with RTA, Traffic Department, Police and other UAE government authorities for all vehicle‑related approvals.
• Process permits, permissions and compliance documents required for lease‑to‑own operations.
• Track expiry dates of vehicle registrations, permits and other documents to avoid penalties.
• Follow up on vehicle‑related legal matters, police cases and court conclusions until closure.
• Maintain accurate records of vehicle documents and government transactions.
• Support fleet and operations teams with compliance and documentation requirements.

• A valid UAE driving licence.
• 2–3 years of experience as a PRO in a car rental or auto‑rental company in the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of vehicle registration, traffic procedures, fines, Salik, impounds and police cases.
• Proven track record working with RTA, Traffic Department and Police for vehicle‑related matters.
• Familiarity with lease‑to‑own or leasing operations is preferred.
• Strong follow‑up skills, able to work independently, and handle field work at government offices.
