Job Summary
A highly driven and dependable Business Development Executive to establish and grow the company’s footprint across Dubai and the wider MENA region. This role requires a self-sufficient professional who can work independently, represent the company on the ground, and, if required, support the presence in the office. This role is suited for someone who combines business development expertise with a strong sense of ownership, accountability, and adaptability who wants to make a meaningful contribution to a rapid‑growing organization.
Key Responsibilities- Business Development & Market Growth
- Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities across Dubai and the MENA region
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospects, including developers, consultants, contractors, and corporate clients
- Leverage existing industry networks to generate leads and business opportunities
- Conduct market research to identify upcoming projects, trends, and potential clients
- Client Relationship Management
- Establish and maintain long‑term relationships with key stakeholders and decision‑makers
- Represent the company at client meetings, networking events, and industry functions
- Ensure consistent and professional follow‑up with prospects and clients
- Coordination with Head Office
- Liaise closely with the head office for alignment on strategy, proposals, and reporting
- Collaborate with internal teams to prepare proposals, presentations, and client submissions
- Support contract discussions in coordination with commercial and executive leadership
- Sales Reporting & CRM Management
- Track, update, and manage leads using the CRM system
- Provide regular reports on pipeline status, KPIs, and market feedback to the head office
- Maintain organized records of client interactions and business development activities
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication, or related field (Preferred MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification)
- 6‑10 years of experience in the UAE with strong network profiles within engineering consultancy, architecture, or construction company
- Valid UAE driver’s license
- Proven experience in the Dubai market
- Demonstrated track record in winning or supporting project acquisition
- Strong initiative with the ability to work proactively and independently
- Excellent follow‑up discipline and time management
- Adaptable, creative, and team player
- Experience working with master developers or government entities
- Exposure to multiple sectors (commercial, residential, healthcare, hospitality)
- Understanding of design consultancy workflows
- Networking and relationship building
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Negotiation and commercial awareness
- Ability to manage multiple opportunities independently
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office
