Job Purpose:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail oriented Sales Assistant to support our sales department and its operations in the automotive export industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing backoffice tasks frontline clients handling documentation coordinating with clients and internal departments and ensuring seamless communication to facilitate the sales process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive administrative assistance to the Sales Manager and Chief Sales Officer including scheduling meetings managing calendars preparing reports creating sales and work orders and ensuring their timely closure.
- Handle all salesrelated documentation ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and export regulations.
- Serve as a liaison between clients and reporting managers addressing inquiries providing timely updates and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction around the clock.
- Coordinate with various departments such as logistics finance and marketing to streamline processes and resolve any issues related to the sales department and its operations.
- Maintain and update client databases sales records and inventory lists using ERP systems and Microsoft Office applications.
- Prepare and present regular reports on sales activities client feedback and other relevant metrics to the Sales Manager and Chief Sales Officer.
Qualifications:
- Education:
Bachelors degree or diploma in Administration Management or a related field. - Experience:
Minimum of 2 years in an administrative or assistant role within the automotive logistics or consultancy sectors. Experience in the automobile industry is preferred. - Technical
Skills:
Mandatory proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint) and experience with ERP systems. Ability to manage complex Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). - Language
Skills:
Fluent in English; proficiency in Arabic or French is advantageous. Knowledge of Hindi or Urdu is a plus. - Strong organizational skills attention to detail Handling clients confidently excellent communication abilities and the capacity to handle multiple tasks efficiently
Additional Information:
Driving License: Required.
