Overview

One of our clients seeking a highly driven and creative Product Manager with strong experience in the Personal Care category. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end‑to‑end product lifecycle management—from concept to launch—ensuring product success in a competitive and fast‑paced market.

Key Responsibilities Product Strategy & Planning
  • Develop product strategies and roadmaps for the personal care portfolio.
  • Conduct market research, consumer insights, and competitive analysis to identify opportunities.
  • Define product positioning, pricing, and growth strategies.
Product Development
  • Work closely with R&D, packaging, supply chain, and marketing teams to develop and refine products.
  • Oversee formulation development, packaging aesthetics, claims, and compliance.
  • Drive new product launches and ensure timely execution.
Brand & Marketing Support
  • Collaborate with brand and marketing teams to craft communication strategies.
  • Support digital, ATL, and BTL campaigns with product insights and USPs.
  • Monitor product performance and consumer feedback.
Sales & Performance
  • Coordinate with sales teams to develop GTM strategies.
  • Track product performance, revenue, margins, and market share.
  • Lead SKU rationalization and portfolio optimization.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Liaise with procurement, manufacturing, QA, and finance to ensure project alignment.
  • Manage vendor relationships and third‑party manufacturers if required.
Must Have
  • Minimum 3 years of Product Management experience in the Personal Care industry (Skincare, Haircare, Cosmetics, Body Care, etc.).
  • MBA or Post‑Graduation is mandatory.
  • Strong understanding of consumer behavior and category trends.
  • Excellent project management and analytical skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple launches and timelines.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Knowledge of formulation, ingredients, and regulatory standards in personal care.
  • Experience with digital‑first or D2C brands (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Creative thinking with a problem‑solving mindset.
