Marketplace Executive

Role and Responsibilities

• Identify approach and onboard new vendors, brands and suppliers onto the Grubss marketplace
• Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors to ensure long-term engagement
• Assist vendors with registration, documentation and onboarding requirements
• Coordinate product listings, catalog uploads, images, descriptions and pricing
• Monitor inventory availability and ensure product information is accurate and up to date
• Follow up with vendors to maintain product assortment and stock levels
• Support promotional campaigns, featured listings and marketplace marketing activities
• Monitor vendor performance and ensure compliance with Grubss policies and service standards
• Coordinate with operations, customer service and marketing teams to resolve vendor‑related issues
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports on vendor acquisition, listings and marketplace growth
• Achieve monthly vendor onboarding and activation targets

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, E‑commerce, or a related field
• 1–3 years of experience in e‑commerce, marketplace operations, sales, business development, or vendor management
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills
• Good understanding of online marketplaces and e‑commerce operations
• Experience with product catalog management and vendor onboarding is an advantage
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and basic reporting tools
• Ability to manage multiple vendors and tasks simultaneously
• Strong problem‑solving and organizational skills
• Self‑motivated, target‑oriented, and capable of working independently
• Knowledge of FMCG, grocery, HORECA, or retail sectors is an added advantage
• UAE experience preferred but not mandatory
• Immediate joiners will be given preference
