Overview OfThe Role
We are looking for a commercially minded and analytical Inventory & Parts Pricing Executive to support our Aftersales operations within the Commercial Vehicles division. This role is key to driving pricing strategies, optimizing inventory levels, and improving parts availability while ensuring margin protection and efficient working capital management. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to enhance pricing controls, demand forecasting, and overall parts performance across the business.
WhatYou Will Do
- Develop and maintain parts pricing strategies aligned with market benchmarks and margin targets
- Manage pricing structures, discount controls, and system updates
- Monitor inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability across heavy‑duty truck parts operations
- Track fast‑moving, slow‑moving, and non‑moving parts and recommend corrective actions
- Analyze demand trends and forecast parts requirements to support business needs
- Monitor and report on margin performance, highlighting any deviations or risks
- Manage aged stock and support clearance strategies to improve inventory efficiency
- Prepare regular reports on pricing, inventory performance, and stock health
- Collaborate with Aftersales, Procurement, Finance, and OEM stakeholders
- Ensure data accuracy and support continuous improvement of systems and processes
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
- Good understanding of parts operations and inventory management
- Strong commercial awareness and attention to detail
- Advanced Excel skills; knowledge of SAP and Power BI is preferred
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights
You will be part of the Aftersales and Parts team within the Commercial Vehicles division, working closely with various stakeholders to ensure optimal parts availability, pricing accuracy, and operational efficiency. The team plays a critical role in supporting workshop operations and driving Aftersales profitability.
What Equips You ForThe Role
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or a related field
- 3–5 years of experience in parts, inventory, or Aftersales operations
- Experience with in automotive or heavy‑duty truck segments is preferred
- Exposure to ERP systems such as SAP and reporting tools
- Experience working within the GCC market is an advantage
