We are currently hiring a Channel Development & Training Manager for a regional role based in Dubai, within the industrial / heavy vehicle sector.
This position plays a key role in driving dealer network performance, aftermarket growth, and partner capability development across multiple markets.
Role OverviewThis role is responsible for developing and managing the assigned territory to maximize sales, profitability, and customer satisfaction. You will work closely with channel partners, OEMs, and end users to strengthen dealer capability, expand network coverage, and support long-term aftermarket growth.
Key Responsibilities- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new dealer partners
- Support the appointment and onboarding of new dealers in the region
- Monitor dealer performance against KPIs and implement improvement plans
- Ensure compliance with agreements, policies, and corporate standards
- Identify gaps in network coverage and recommend expansion strategies
- Drive commercial growth through increased parts sales, repairs, and overhaul activity
- Maintain and analyze Units in Operation (UIO), customer data, and market performance metrics
- Deliver instructor‑led training to channel partners, customers, OEMs, and end-users
- Customize training programs based on regional and customer requirements
- Support onboarding and training on internal systems and tools
- Monitor e‑learning engagement and certification progress across the network
- Develop structured learning paths and provide regular reporting on training activity
- Oversee day‑to‑day operations of the training facility in Dubai
- Manage training assets, tools, and workshop equipment
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and operational standards
- Continuously improve training environments and resources to match product updates
- Coordinate inventory and procurement of training materials and consumables
- Support sales teams with technical insights during customer engagements
- Work closely with OEM partners to ensure product integration and application alignment
- Contribute to regional meetings and support team coordination when required
- Dealer capability and performance improvement

- Forecast accuracy and reporting quality
- Minimum 5+ years’ experience in channel / dealer development
- Strong exposure to aftermarket / parts and service business
- Background in heavy vehicles, automotive, or industrial equipment
- Experience working across regional / GCC markets is preferred
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work cross-functionally across sales, service, and technical teams
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
- Valid UAE driving license
- Technical knowledge of driveline / transmission systems
