Our client is a privately held global group operating across infrastructure, technology and high growth consumer sectors, with active investments and operations spanning multiple regions. The business is founder led, entrepreneurial and highly results driven, with a strong pipeline of capital deployment initiatives alongside the build out of new operating platforms across both institutional and consumer verticals. The environment is fast paced and unstructured, requiring individuals who can operate without playbooks and build from first principles.
Responsibilities- Define and lead the group level marketing strategy across a global, multi sector portfolio
- Build and articulate a clear and compelling group narrative to support investor engagement and platform positioning
- Support capital deployment and drive platform growth across multiple business verticals
- Own and manage marketing budgets with full accountability for P&L impact and operating performance
- Establish and evolve brand architecture across infrastructure, technology and consumer platforms
- Support the development, launch and scaling of new operating platforms across beauty, F&B and longevity in addition to expansion of their B2B platforms.
- Lead, develop and optimise a lean internal team while building capability as the business grows
- Implement a data led approach to measure performance and drive commercial outcomes
- Partner with senior leadership to align marketing with investment strategy and growth priorities
- Operate with speed and agility across geographies, adapting strategy to different markets and business models
- Proven experience in corporate/group level marketing within complex, multi entity organisations, ideally with global exposure
- Experience with in investment groups, diversified conglomerates, real assets platforms or founder led multi entity businesses is strongly preferred
- Strong track record of linking marketing to commercial outcomes including capital deployment support, revenue growth or market expansion
- Ability to operate at both strategic and executional levels, particularly within lean and evolving environments
- Experience working in fast paced, founder led or high growth environments under pressure
This role is not suited to candidates from purely brand led environments for example retail or FMCG and requires experience operating at group level within complex, multi entity organisations.
