Assistant Valuer

Cavendish Maxwell is seeking Assistant Valuers to join our Commercial Valuation department in Dubai and Sharjah. • Conduct property valuations across the UAE applying market knowledge and analysis.
• Provide informed, market‑facing and independent advice on property types.
• Reach firm and justifiable conclusions on values for work undertaken.
• Prepare detailed valuation reports and present valuation advice to clients.
• Take day‑to‑day responsibility for the execution of instructions under minimum supervision.
• Manage multiple instructions at the same time efficiently and effectively.
• Assist with the development and maintenance of a strong client base.
• Support an expanding team in its business development objectives and continued growth in revenue.
• Collaborate with other departments internally to maintain market knowledge and cross‑sell opportunities.
• Comply with all company information security policies and procedures to maintain confidentiality, integrity and availability of information.

• 0‑1 years of experience as a valuer in the UAE real estate market (UAE real estate market knowledge preferable).

• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with keen attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to engage effectively with clients and colleagues.
• Strong interpersonal skills with ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
• Self‑motivated and proactive with a strong sense of initiative.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a wider team.
• Strong time management and organisational skills with ability to prioritise and meet deadlines.
• Valid UAE driving licence and access to a vehicle.
