What We’re Looking For
  • 2–6 years of experience in Account Executive, B2B sales, or full‑cycle SaaS closing roles
  • Proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding revenue targets
  • Strong experience managing complex sales cycles from discovery to close
  • Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills
  • Ability to confidently engage HR leaders, founders, recruitment teams, and enterprise decision‑makers
  • High ownership mentality with strong execution, urgency, and commercial instincts
  • Experience using CRM platforms such as Hub Spot, Salesforce, or similar tools
  • Previous experience in SaaS, HRTech, recruitment, or AI‑driven products is a strong plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
What You’ll Do
  • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting and discovery to negotiation and signed contracts
  • Drive revenue growth across mid‑market and enterprise accounts through consultative selling
  • Run high‑quality discovery calls, product demos, and strategic commercial conversations with key stakeholders
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with HR leaders, recruitment teams, and executive decision‑makers
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand Qureos’ presence across target markets
  • Maintain accurate forecasting, pipeline visibility, and CRM hygiene across all active opportunities
  • Collaborate closely with SDRs, marketing, customer success, and leadership to maximize conversion and customer outcomes
  • Gather customer and market insights to strengthen product positioning and go‑to‑market strategy
  • Represent Qureos with professionalism, energy, and a high‑performance mindset in every interaction
