Responsibilities
- Run day-to-day buying and selling with global suppliers and clients
- Source consumer electronics across international markets
- Hunt down the best pricing — anywhere in the world
- Build long-term relationships with suppliers and buyers
- Push offers via email, Whats App, Skype, and trading platforms
- Prepare WTB (Want to Buy) and WTS (Want to Sell) offers
- Maintain pricing, deal, and transaction trackers in Excel
- Compare quotes and spot pricing trends
- Prepare client statements and transaction summaries when needed
- Coordinate global shipments and track deliveries
- Liaise with freight agents, suppliers, and clients
- Support documentation: invoices, shipping docs, customs
- Respond fast to enquiries from international clients
- Communicate clearly across cultures and time zones
- Help progress and close deals
- Support the CEO on operational and strategic tasks
- Travel to trade shows and industry events when relevant
- Strong written and spoken English
- Solid Microsoft Excel and general computer skills
- Sharp attention to detail under pressure
- Confidence handling international clients
- Genuine commercial instinct
Background in sales, trading, or procurement - Consumer electronics industry exposure
- B2B or international trading experience
- Basic understanding of logistics or shipping processes
