Key Responsibilities- Partner with 25-30 Delivery Service Partner (DSP) owners across the Emirates (UAE) including entrepreneurs with no background in the logistics industry or seasoned logistics carrier.
- Work closely with a portfolio of owners at different stages as they set strategy, drive accountability and engagement, and track key performance metrics.
- Collaborate with an integrated internal team of Program Managers, Compliance, and Finance personnel to ensure owners launch and scale their business in compliance with program requirements.
- Support owners by removing obstacles and improving financial, operational, and safety practices at the network level.
- Analyze problems, discover insights, deliver recommendations, and drive change both internally and externally.
- Collaborate frequently with a wide array of integrated internal stakeholders such as Partner Relations (PAR), Value Added Service (VAS), Legal, fleet and network health teams.
- Work flexibly and travel between multiple sites to engage with business owners weekly to carry out the role effectively.
- Field based role requiring significant travel and flexibility to work a variety of hours, including overnight, weekends and holidays.
- Partner with OTR Safety and OTR Regional Managers to ensure business safety compliance.
- Guide owners as they scale their business, manage operational issues, and enable ramp-up for peak periods.
- Support owners during onboarding, launch, and training of Amazon tools.
- Identify customer metric improvement opportunities and champion consistent application of Last Mile processes.
- Coach business owners to run compliant, safe and high performing companies, deep dive into SLS metric.
- Identify workflow inefficiencies and implement operational improvements at the network level to improve the DSP owner experience.
- Develop the relationship between Amazon and our DSP partners, improve DSP sentiment and communication alignment.
- Represent DSP within the Amazon business and improve driver standards to protect brand image.
- Work with DSP’s to deliver effective ramp plans and pipeline goals to meet peak volume demands.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 5+ years of client or vendor facing roles with a focus in relationship management and negotiation skills.
- Verbal, written, and presentation skills, particularly in delivering constructive feedback and working through complex issues.
- MBA (preferred).
- Proficiency in data analysis and working with large data sets (e.g., SQL, Excel).
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate across cross‑functional teams.
