Responsibilities
Identify and engage potential clients through targeted market research leveraging industry insights to open new business avenues. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders ensuring a deep understanding of their needs and how your solutions fit. Monitor and report on sales performance metrics providing actionable insights to enhance business strategies and achieve targets. Attend industry events and networking functions to establish a presence and cultivate relationships that can lead to business opportunities.
Facilitate internal communication among departments to ensure alignment on client needs and the delivery of services. Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients ensuring favorable terms that align with company objectives while satisfying client requirements. Analyze industry trends and competitor activities to inform strategic planning and identify opportunities for differentiation. Continuously seek ways to improve processes and approaches fostering a culture of innovation within the business development team.
At least 3-5 years of relevant experience in business development or sales, demonstrating a proven track record of achieving targets. Preferred experience in the specific industry of focus, allowing deeper insights into market challenges and client expectations. Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools, enabling effective tracking of client interactions and sales performance. A proactive and results-oriented mindset, showcasing the ability to drive initiatives and overcome obstacles independently.
Driving License is manadatory.
