Business Development & Sales
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across target industries
- Generate leads through networking, cold calling, client visits, referrals, and market research
- Promote the company’s workforce solutions and operational services
- Conduct client meetings and presentations
- Prepare and follow up on proposals and quotations
- Support contract negotiation and commercial discussions
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Act as the primary point of contact for prospective clients
- Understand client workforce and operational requirements
- Coordinate with operations and management teams for service delivery
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction
- Maintain long‑term business relationships with key clients
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities
- Identify emerging business opportunities
- Support strategic business expansion initiatives
- Provide market feedback and business insights to management
Internal Support Coordination- Coordinate with operations, HR, visa and finance teams
- Ensure proper documentation and onboarding support for clients
- Follow internal sales processes and reporting requirements
- Maintain CRM and sales pipeline records
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field is preferred
- UAE sales experience is required
- Experience in manpower outsourcing, staffing, HR services, workforce solutions, or B2B sales is an advantage
- Valid UAE driving license is required
- Highly motivated, commercially focused professional with strong relationship‑building skills
- Proactive mindset and ability to identify and develop long‑term business opportunities
- Excellent negotiation and presentation abilities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good knowledge of UAE business environment
