Business Development & Sales

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities across target industries
  • Generate leads through networking, cold calling, client visits, referrals, and market research
  • Promote the company’s workforce solutions and operational services
  • Conduct client meetings and presentations
  • Prepare and follow up on proposals and quotations
  • Support contract negotiation and commercial discussions
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships
Client Relationship Management
  • Act as the primary point of contact for prospective clients
  • Understand client workforce and operational requirements
  • Coordinate with operations and management teams for service delivery
  • Ensure high levels of client satisfaction
  • Maintain long‑term business relationships with key clients
Market Intelligence & Strategy
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities
  • Identify emerging business opportunities
  • Support strategic business expansion initiatives
  • Provide market feedback and business insights to management

    Internal Support Coordination
    • Coordinate with operations, HR, visa and finance teams
    • Ensure proper documentation and onboarding support for clients
    • Follow internal sales processes and reporting requirements
    • Maintain CRM and sales pipeline records
    Qualifications
    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field is preferred
    • UAE sales experience is required
    • Experience in manpower outsourcing, staffing, HR services, workforce solutions, or B2B sales is an advantage
    • Valid UAE driving license is required
    • Highly motivated, commercially focused professional with strong relationship‑building skills
    • Proactive mindset and ability to identify and develop long‑term business opportunities
    • Excellent negotiation and presentation abilities
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    • Good knowledge of UAE business environment
