Industry Partnerships Associate

We are looking for a driven Industry Partnerships Associate to own the strategy and execution of organization’s industry relationships across India and Dubai. This is fundamentally a B2B partnerships and sales role. You will open doors with startups, scale‑ups and large enterprises, convert conversations into committed partnerships and translate those relationships into real opportunities for our students—internships, placements, live projects and industry exposure.

You’ll be the face of our B‑school to the Indian and Dubai business community and the architect of how our students plug into it.

Responsibilities
  • Identifying, pitching and closing partnerships with top‑tier companies, high‑growth startups and industry leaders across regions spanning tech, consumer, finance, consulting, manufacturing and beyond.
  • Owning the full partnership lifecycle—prospecting, outreach, pitching, negotiation and onboarding—with clear ownership of pipeline and conversion.
  • Building and maintaining a strong, durable network across both the startup ecosystem and large enterprises to unlock internships, placements, live projects and industry exposure for students.
  • Tracking partnership pipelines, surfacing new business opportunities and managing key accounts to ensure long‑term renewable relationships.
  • Designing and executing career‑prep programs, workshops and bootcamps on resume building, Linked In and digital presence, interview prep, mock interviews, group discussions, case solving and career goal‑setting.
  • Coordinating with internal and external facilitators to deliver ongoing coaching that measurably improves student employability.
  • Identifying and onboarding mentors from leading global companies and academia; matching students with relevant mentors based on career interests and goals and facilitating 1:1 and group mentorship sessions.
  • Curating events that connect students with industry leaders—fireside chats, speaker series and industry round tables.
  • Organizing structured networking opportunities both on campus and during immersions so students build real professional networks across global locations.
  • Planning and executing India and Dubai‑based industry immersion experiences that align academic learning with career aspirations.
  • Collaborating with faculty and partners to give students firsthand exposure to leading industries and global companies.
Qualifications
  • 1–3 years of experience in B2B partnerships, sales or business development, ideally including B2B/SaaS sales, account management, SDR, or partnerships roles.
  • Experience in career services, placement cells, or ed‑tech is a strong plus.
  • A demonstrated ability to build and manage industry networks, with credible connections spanning both startups and large enterprises.
  • A proven track record of closing partnerships, building relationships, and driving measurable outcomes.
  • Strong project management skills able to take an idea, own it end‑to‑end, coordinate logistics, and deliver results.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage everyone from students to senior CXOs.
  • A strong sense of ownership and a genuine passion for helping students succeed and shaping the future of business education.
