Business Development Manager in Dubai, UAE
Key Responsibilities- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the facilities management and security services sector.
- Generate qualified leads and convert prospects into long-term business contracts.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and commercial discussions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients for retention and upselling.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and business presentations.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Coordinate with operations and technical teams to ensure service excellence and client satisfaction.
- Existing network within UAE corporate sectors.
- CRM software proficiency.
- Strategic account management experience.
Candidates should possess a minimum of 3–4 years of business development or sales experience in the UAE market. Prior experience in facilities management and security services is mandatory. A strong track record of achieving sales targets and closing corporate contracts is required.
Education- Minimum:
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management or related field - Preferred: MBA or Sales/Business Development specialization
