Job Description
The Strategic Incubation Officer role is part of Airbus Commercial Aircraft’s Customer Services team. As a VIE, the officer will support the development and governance of incubation initiatives worldwide, focusing on prospects in Africa Middle East.
Responsibilities- Support the Customer Services Strategic Incubation Leader in global incubation follow‑up and governance implementation.
- Manage incubation project follow‑up and deliverable creation.
- Identify relevant incubation opportunities worldwide in alignment with Airbus strategy and code of conduct.
- Establish necessary project organization and governance.
- Prepare contractual set‑up in collaboration with legal and procurement departments.
- Prospect potential start‑ups and partnership opportunities in the Africa Middle East region.
- Travel within the region as required for business purposes.
- Engineering degree (preferably aeronautics) or business management degree.
- Project management experience.
- Strong writing and communication skills.
- Data analysis and problem‑solving abilities.
- Stakeholder management experience.
- Full fluency in English.
- Experience in innovation and business development (advantage).
- Previous experience in the aviation business (advantage).
- Contract drafting experience (advantage).
- Knowledge of Airbus Customer Services organization (advantage).
