We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Project Management Executive to support end-to-end project execution, forecasting, and financial monitoring within a leading technology environment. Responsibilities- Generate statistical forecasts using actual business data in SAP, evaluate forecast accuracy, and update final forecasts to support effective planning.
- Manage project activities in SAP, including project setup, legal reviews, contract approvals, purchase order creation, procurement processes, and customer billing.
- Coordinate project costs, profit margins, and timelines within the system to ensure materials, services, and deliverables are completed on schedule.
- Support sales achievement by tracking revenue and cost recognition while ensuring accurate and timely project execution in SAP.
- Oversee the complete project lifecycle from initiation to closure, ensuring every phase is properly executed and accurately recorded within the system.
- Liaise with subsidiaries to address ad hoc queries and provide timely responses, facilitating smooth contract processing and project execution.
- Monitor project budgets, financial performance, and forecasting data to support management decision-making.
- Collaborate with internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure seamless coordination throughout project execution.
- Prepare analytical reports, dashboards, and business insights using SAP, Excel, Power BI, or other reporting tools.
- Ensure data accuracy, compliance with internal procedures, and timely completion of project-related documentation.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience handling project lifecycle activities, including budgeting, cost tracking, revenue recognition, and financial monitoring.
- Hands‑on experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP, for project execution, forecasting, reporting, and analysis.
- Experience collaborating with multiple stakeholders, including internal teams, subsidiaries, and external partners, on project and contract‑related matters.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in business data handling, statistical forecasting, and ad hoc reporting.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power BI or other data visualization tools.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical information into meaningful business insights.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within cross‑functional teams.
- Strong organizational skills with a focus on meeting deadlines and maintaining data integrity.
