Job Requirements:

• Minimum of 4 years of verifiable, hands‑on experience executing strict food safety audits, specifically utilizing HACCP principles and ISO 22000 standards within the GCC commercial sector.
• Exceptional conflict resolution and regulatory enforcement skills. Complete fluency in English is mandatory; conversational proficiency in Arabic, Hindi, or Urdu is highly preferred to effectively communicate legal warnings to diverse kitchen staff.

• Execute rigorous, unannounced health and hygiene inspections across Dubai's commercial restaurants, hotels, and hypermarkets to enforce strict municipal food safety regulations.
• Identify critical public health risks, instantly issue legal violation notices, and mandate immediate operational closures for severe cross‑contamination or pest control failures.
• Review and approve technical kitchen layouts for new commercial establishments, ensuring all ventilation, drainage, and cold storage units strictly meet Dubai Municipality civil and health codes prior to opening.
