Operational Standards and Management
Operational Standards and Management role at a roller rink.
Responsibilities- Work closely with the Unit Management team to move machines and games and monitor payouts to drive maximum revenue possibilities from the current product mix.
- Ensure store compliance with Standard Operating Procedures, Customer Service standards, company employment policies, state laws on health and safety, and dress code.
- Effectively and promptly execute sales promotions while maintaining professional presentation.
- Complete area‑of‑responsibility checklists in a timely manner.
- Monitor activities within the assigned area.
- Arrange parties as per the checklist, receive guests, reorganize party arrangements to meet their requirements, and record guest details on the checklist needed for final bill preparation.
- Organize parties, prepare final bills, and collect money as per the bill.
- 2–4 years of work experience in a roller rink.
- Proficient roller skating skills and ability to coach others.
- Diploma or graduated level education.
