The Procurement Buyer is responsible for executing purchase orders, managing routine sourcing activities, and ensuring timely delivery of goods and services in line with approved contracts and procurement policies.

• Raise and manage purchase orders in ERP systems.
• Source low‑value or routine requirements as per approved suppliers.
• Track deliveries, resolve order issues, and follow up with vendors.
• Ensure pricing, terms, and approvals align with contracts and DOA.
• Maintain accurate procurement records and documentation.
• Support audits and internal reviews when required.

• PO creation and tracking (Intermediate)
• ERP / Procurement Systems – Oracle, SAP, or equivalent (Intermediate)
• Order follow‑ups and issue resolution (Intermediate)
• Documentation Control – Accuracy and record keeping (Intermediate)
• Basic Negotiation – Routine commercial discussions (Basic)
• Ethics & Corporate Governance – Compliance and integrity (Advanced)

• Internal:
  Purchasing Teams, End user, Finance
• External:
  Suppliers and logistic providers

• Operates within approved supplier lists, contracts, DOA

• Ensures compliance with approved pricing and terms

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain or related field
• 1-3 years of Procurement or sourcing experience
• Experience in hospitality, services or multi‑entity environments
