Field Services Manager

Responsibilities

• Execute international and offshore bid processes, including cost estimation, project planning, and pricing.
• Develop and manage end-to-end project execution plans for offshore and international onshore deployments.
• Support country entry strategies, including logistics and in-country setup.
• Manage international subcontractors to ensure compliance with local requirements and successful execution.
• Maintain strong client relationships with both management and operations teams.
• Deliver and communicate reports, data insights, and information to internal and external stakeholders.
• Coordinate with internal teams to optimize pre-sales and post-sales efforts.
• Design and implement operational process improvements.

• Oil and Gas offshore field experience.
• International field experience.
• 4+ years of experience in account management or customer-facing project management.
• Demonstrated experience with independent international project planning and execution.
• Proven success in developing and maintaining long-term customer relationships.
• Willingness to travel internationally to offshore and international fields.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work cohesively with scientists, engineers, and executives.

• B.S. or B.A. in a hard science field.
• Demonstrated track record of growing company revenue.
