About the role

We are looking for a high-performing Corporate Sales Executive with a strong hunter mindset to drive new business acquisition across SMEs and mid-market companies in the UAE. This role is focused on acquiring new corporate clients, building a strong pipeline, and consistently exceeding revenue targets.

The ideal candidate comes with proven B2B sales experience, an active corporate network, and a deep understanding of financial/payment solutions.

What you'll do
  • end-to-end sales — from prospecting to closing
  • Build pipeline through cold calls, Linked In, field visits, and hustle
  • Speak to founders, finance teams, and business owners
  • Close customers quickly with a simple, high-velocity sales motion
  • Continuously experiment with messaging, outreach, and GTM approach
  • Work closely with product and leadership to shape how we sell
What we are looking for
  • 1–4 years of experience in outbound sales / SDR / early AE roles
  • Strong cold calling / prospecting experience
  • Comfortable building pipeline from scratch
  • Experience selling to SMEs or mid-market companies
  • High energy, urgency, and bias for action
  • Experience in HR SaaS, payroll, fintech, or SMB tools
  • Track record of hitting or exceeding outbound / revenue targets
  • Ability to move fast without over complicating deals
  • Strong communication — clear, sharp, persuasive
  • Multilingual abilities (Hindi/Urdu is a plus)
