Job Description & How to Apply Below

Global Services Commercial Business Improvement is driving multiple strategy execution, continuous improvement, and AI‑enabled transformation initiatives across a complex global ecosystem involving global teams, lines of business, GCP & SO, and countries. This role orchestrates execution at scale, translating strategy into aligned initiatives, creating strong governance and decision systems, and enabling leaders and teams to execute with clarity, pace, and impact.

The role focuses on governance design, stakeholder influence, facilitation, and execution discipline, with the mission to design, run, and continuously improve the Global Services Commercial governance and execution system to ensure that strategic and continuous improvement initiatives are clearly aligned to priorities and objectives, delivered with discipline, transparency, and pace, and provide measurable business impact through strong collaboration, decision making, and capability building across the organization.

Responsibilities
  • Global Services Commercial Governance – Design, deploy, and continuously evolve the Global Services Commercial Governance framework, including objective setting and alignment, performance measurement and KPI tracking, decision‑making and escalation framework, governance principles, decision rights and forums, and accountability models. Design and run a robust execution cadence, leadership governance calls, portfolio and initiative reviews with clear agendas, outcomes, and follow‑ups. Design and facilitate collaboration and alignment workshops with senior leadership.
  • PMO for Strategy Execution & Transformation Initiatives – Act as the PMO orchestration lead for strategy execution and continuous improvement initiatives. From ideation, design, deployment, to adoption, work closely with Global Services Commercial SMEs, LOBs, GCP & SO, and countries to ensure clear scope, milestones, dependencies, and ownership. Provide structured planning, transparent tracking, clear documentation, and communication, efficient risk management with mitigation plans, executive‑level visibility, decision readiness, and consistent reporting focused on outcomes rather than activity.
  • Capability Building, Knowledge Enablement & Ways of Working – Design, launch, and continuously improve a Global Services Commercial knowledge enablement system in collaboration with the Knowledge Management team. Ensure best‑practice playbooks, templates, and governance artefacts are easy to find, easy to reuse, and embedded in daily work. Upskill the Global Services population on governance, strategy execution, and project management capabilities through practical toolkits, templates, and standards, targeted enablement sessions and workshops, and community‑based learning and best‑practice sharing.
Qualifications
  • Strong experience in project and program management (strategic and cross‑functional).
  • Proven business acumen and strategic thinking.
  • Excellent presentation skills – ability to make complex things simple and easy to understand.
  • Experience working with PM tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, or Asana as the team’s primary workload and execution management tool.
  • Solid understanding of governance, performance tracking, and risk management.
  • Experience operating in global, matrix organizations.
  • AI fundamentals and prompting knowledge.
  • Leadership capabilities – brings people together around clear goals and priorities, pushes decisions forward, keeps work moving, turns strategy into simple practical ways of working, influences and builds trust without formal authority, finds creative solutions to complex problems, explains complex topics simply, and takes ownership to deliver results with pragmatic discipline.
