Position Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious UAE National professional to join our growing team as either an Executive Assistant or Business Development Manager, depending on qualifications and experience. This full‑time, office‑based role is based in Dubai and provides an excellent opportunity for recent graduates eager to build a successful career, develop leadership skills, and contribute to the growth of a dynamic organization.

• Provide direct support to the General Manager in daily operations and strategic initiatives.
• Assist in managing administrative and business development activities.
• Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities.
• Prepare reports, presentations, meeting minutes, and business correspondence.
• Coordinate meetings, schedules, and follow‑up actions with clients and internal teams.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with customers and business partners.
• Contribute innovative ideas and solutions that support business growth and operational excellence.

• UAE National (male or female). Must possess a valid UAE Family Book (Khulasat Al Qaid).
• Fresh graduates preferred.
• Excellent command of English, spoken and written.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Professional, confident, and well‑organized personality.
