Role OverviewWe are seeking a commercially driven and relationship‑focused Head of Sales & Distribution to lead revenue generation, distribution partnerships, and investor relationships across Dubai.
This role carries direct ownership of:
- UHNWI and Family Office relationships
- Revenue KPIs and RM performance management
The position reports to the Director and plays a central role in scaling Share Square’s distribution model in a regulated environment.
Key Responsibilities- Act as primary relationship manager for channel partners
- Manage relationships with real estate brokers and agencies
- Develop and maintain strong partnerships with UHNWI, Family Offices, and wealth managers
- Structure referral and commission frameworks
- Expand the distribution ecosystem across the UAE
- Build long‑term relationships with HNWIs and institutional investors
- Ensure high service standards and investor retention
- Represent the company at networking events and investor meetings
- Support investor onboarding in alignment with compliance requirements
- Own CRM pipeline structure and sales funnel integrity
- Ensure all RMs and freelancers maintain disciplined CRM usage
- Track leads, conversion rates, funding timelines, and performance metrics
- Generate structured weekly and monthly sales reports
- Monitor sales KPIs and enforce accountability
- Recruit, manage, and motivate Relationship Managers and freelance sales agents
- Define clear KPIs and performance benchmarks
- Monitor productivity and follow‑up discipline
- Implement performance reviews and commission alignment
- Identify new distribution channels and investor segments
- Support product launches and new property listings
- Collaborate with Marketing to align funnel conversion strategy
- Contribute to long‑term capital raise strategy
- 5–10 years of experience in sales, distribution, or capital raising roles
- Strong background in financial services, real estate investment, wealth management, or fintech
- Proven experience managing HNWI, UHNWI, or Family Office relationships
- Experience building broker and channel partner ecosystems
- Revenue and KPI driven mindset
- Leadership experience managing teams or freelancers
- Analytical and data‑oriented
- Ability to operate within regulated environments
