- Drive continuous improvement initiatives using methodologies such as Lean and Six Sigma.
- Monitor and evaluate operational performance using defined KPIs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand operational challenges and implement solutions.
- Support digital transformation initiatives including automation and RPA implementation.
- Conduct workshops (e.g., process mapping, FMEA, value stream mapping) with stakeholders.
- Prepare detailed reports, dashboards, and recommendations for management.
- Ensure adherence to governance frameworks, compliance standards, and quality requirements.
