A regulated digital asset business headquartered in Dubai, operating at the intersection of institutional finance and blockchain infrastructure. The business runs across three core product lines, OTC trading, stablecoin gateway payments, and cross-border settlement via stablecoin rails, serving banks, fintechs, exchange houses, and corporate clients across the GCC, MENA, and beyond.

This is a business with the right product, the right regulation, and the right infrastructure already in place. What it needs now is the commercial engine to match.

The Role

This is the first senior commercial hire. The team already has strong individual contributors across each product line, what is missing is the person at the top who can build the structure around them.

The CCO will own the entire commercial function: pipeline visibility, forecasting accuracy, ICP mapping, CRM discipline, team leadership, and direct revenue contribution. This is a player‑manager role, the person must be able to sell at the highest level themselves, not just lead others.

Reporting directly to the founders.

What You Will Do
  • Build and formalise the sales engine from scratch — process, methodology, CRM hygiene, forecasting, and territory structure
  • Lead and develop a team of individual contributors across OTC, gateway payments, and cross‑border settlement
  • Own revenue targets and commercial performance across all product lines
  • Define ICP strategy per product line and ensure the team is focused accordingly
  • Report to founders with full commercial visibility — pipeline, conversion rates, revenue forecasts
  • Carry your own senior deals alongside leading the team
  • Help shape GTM strategy as the business moves into its next phase of growth
Who We Are Looking For Background
  • Moved into a high‑growth fintech at a senior level, experiencing what a scaled, process‑driven commercial function looks like
  • Took a VP or Head of Sales seat at an earlier‑stage company and drove it through a meaningful growth phase
  • Ready now to take the top commercial seat and do it again — with full ownership
  • Deep understanding of digital assets and stablecoin infrastructure — not surface level. Must be able to speak credibly with institutional clients about why stablecoin settlement rails are superior to legacy systems
  • Proven track record of building a sales engine, not just working within one — process design, forecasting, team structure, CRM ownership
  • Player‑manager mentality — comfortable carrying senior deals personally while leading a team
  • Technical enough to earn respect in the room with sophisticated institutional buyers
Nice to have
  • Existing network across exchange houses, financial institutions, or corporate treasury functions in the GCC or MENA
  • Experience in a regulated virtual asset environment (VARA, ADGM, DFSA)
