Business Coordinator

We're recruiting a Business Coordinator for one of our clients, a leading manufacturing company based in Dubai, UAE.

Our client is a leading manufacturing company based in Dubai, UAE, specializing in delivering innovative industrial solutions across diverse sectors. With a strong commitment to quality, operational excellence, and advanced manufacturing technologies, the company has established a solid reputation for delivering high-performance products and integrated production solutions.

• Coordinate with all departments to track progress on ongoing tasks, projects, and key initiatives
• Gather, verify, and consolidate operational updates into structured reports for the CEO
• Ensure timely follow-up on action items and deadlines across departments
• Act as a communication bridge between the CEO and internal teams
• Identify delays, gaps, or risks and elevate them proactively
• Prepare summaries, dashboards, and briefing notes for management meetings
• Support the CEO in monitoring business performance and operational efficiency
• Maintain organized records of reports, communications, and key decisions
• Assist in special projects and strategic initiatives as required

• Bachelor’s degree in management or engineering
• 5–10+ years of experience in Business Coordination or Project Coordination
• Excellent command of Excel
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment
