Director - Business Development

Job Summary

One of our clients in Dubai is looking for Director - Business Development. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate, luxury property sales, investment advisory, or strategic partnerships, with an established network within the UAE market. This leadership role requires a commercially focused professional capable of driving business growth, managing high-value client relationships, and identifying new market opportunities.

• Develop and execute the company’s business development and growth strategy.
• Identify and secure strategic partnerships with developers, investors, brokers, and corporate clients.
• Drive revenue growth through new business acquisition and relationship management.
• Lead market expansion initiatives across luxury residential, off-plan, and investment property segments.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with HNWIs, institutional investors, and key industry stakeholders.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Marketing, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 8–12 years of experience in business development, strategic sales, or real estate advisory.
• Proven track record in UAE real estate market and partnership development.
• Strong network within Dubai’s real estate, investment, and developer ecosystem.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
