Our 3‑month incubation journey is designed to equip you with the skills, exposure, and confidence to thrive:

• Month 1:
  Instructional Training — Dive into business essentials, understand how talabat operates, and build a strong foundation in AI and digital innovation

• Months 2 & 3:
  Rotational On‑the‑Job Training — Get hands‑on experience across different teams, work on real projects, and learn directly from our experts.
• Post‑Program Placement — Upon successful completion, participants will be placed in one of our departments at talabat
  , kickstarting their career with us.

We’re looking for ambitious Emirati students who are eager to learn, ready to grow, and excited to gain real‑world experience while making an impact.

• UAE National (with Family Book)
• Currently a student based in the UAE
• Available to attend 2 full days per week in the office
• Fluent in English
• Open to all majors
