Senior Manager - Design & Innovation Holding Hospitality Asset Management

• Support the implementation of Brand Experience and Innovation initiatives across the organization.
• Recommend opportunities to enhance guest experiences across key customer touchpoints.
• Research and monitor industry trends in luxury hospitality, retail, wellness, technology, and lifestyle segments to identify relevant best practices.
• Contribute to the development of recommendations that support the organization's competitive positioning and guest experience objectives.
• Assist in pre-opening and operational projects by coordinating the integration of innovative guest experience concepts.
• Develop and manage project plans to support the execution of strategic priorities and track progress against key milestones

• Research and analyze emerging trends, technologies, and evolving consumer preferences to identify opportunities for enhancing guest experiences.
• Develop and refine guest experience concepts and initiatives that support brand positioning and differentiation objectives. Assess existing guest journeys, identify improvement opportunities, and recommend enhancements to elevate the overall customer experience.
• Conduct benchmarking research and prepare presentations, reports, and insights for leadership and stakeholder review. Coordinate and support innovation workshops, brainstorming sessions, and cross functional collaboration initiatives.
• Assist in evaluating the commercial feasibility of brand experience initiatives to ensure they deliver value for both guests and the business.

• Manage and coordinate multiple guest experience and innovation projects concurrently, ensuring effective planning, prioritization, and stakeholder engagement.
• Monitor project progress, track key milestones, and proactively address risks to support timely delivery of initiatives.
• Prepare and maintain project reports, dashboards, and performance updates for leadership review.
• Support project governance by monitoring scope, timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure alignment with approved objectives and business requirements.

• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to support the successful delivery of guest experience and innovation projects.
• Prepare presentations, reports, and supporting materials for leadership meetings, including analysis and recommendations as required.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure customer experience initiatives are aligned with business objectives and operational requirements.

• 6 - 8 years of progressive experience in luxury hospitality, customer experience, brand strategy, innovation, consulting or related disciplines.
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Marketing, Design, Innovation, or a related field.
• Exposure to hospitality development, luxury brands or experience-led businesses is highly desirable.
• Experience in preparing High-level presentations
• Professional certifications in Design Thinking, Innovation Management or Customer Experience are desirable
• Technical Competencies - Brand Strategy, Customer Experience Design, Innovation Management, Strategic Planning, Project Management, Stakeholder Management and Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)

• Communication & Presentation Skills
