As Grow With Six Senses (Kids' Club) Supervisor, I will assume full responsibility for theefficientoperation in the following:

Responsible for all Kids Club Hosts.

Plan, organize, conduct, supervise and create kids’ activities.

Provide an educational yet fun environment for the children in line with brand values.

Ensure Kids Club room and equipment are setup prior to the children's arrival, including any audio visual, arts and crafts supplies, books, etc.

Maintain knowledge of all emergency evacuation drills according to resort policies.

Report any health or safety hazards to the Director of Wellness.

Handle emergency cases according to the established policies & procedures, e.g. security and medical care, etc., when required.

Upkeep Six Senses guidelines and standards of service and operation. My performance benchmarks are maintained and exceeded.

Strictly adhere to LQA standards and guest comments.

To execute the position of Grow With Six Senses (Kids' Club) Supervisor, I must have the required qualifications, technical skills and experience in a similar role in luxury hotels with proven results and includes the following:

Diploma/degree or equivalent from a recognized Early Childhood school with kindergarten/ school teaching background and at least 2 years’ experience in a similar hotel operational role.

Technical skills include MS Office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook. Familiar with various hotel systems including POS, PMS and CRM platforms. I have knowledge of learning stories creation for children, latest trends with children and local environmental initiatives.

Fluent in English; I understand that additional languages are preferred.
