Caregiver Filipino - Baby Care Homecare Center

Overview

Ontime Group is seeking a talented and nurturing Filipino Caregiver specializing in Baby Care for our Homecare Center in Dubai. In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality, compassionate care for infants, ensuring their safety, health, and overall well-being while fostering a supportive environment for families.

• Provide comprehensive care for infants, including bathing, feeding, diaper changing, and soothing
• Monitor the infant's health, development, and daily routines, keeping detailed records for parents
• Engage infants in stimulating activities that promote growth and learning
• Support parents with childcare techniques, including breastfeeding and sleep training
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for the baby, ensuring hygiene standards are met
• Administer medications as prescribed and record any variations in the baby's condition
• Communicate effectively with parents to outline care plans and discuss any concerns
• Follow all health and safety guidelines while providing care

• Previous experience as a caregiver, particularly in baby care or childcare
• Strong understanding of infant care practices and developmental milestones
• Excellent communication skills, especially in English and Filipino
• Genuine love for children with a nurturing and patient demeanor
• Ability to work as part of a team and independently as needed
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Reliable and dependable with a strong commitment to providing quality care
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as necessary
