Job OverviewOur client is a warm, well-organized family based in Dubai seeking a dedicated and experienced Live-in Family Assistant / Tutor to support our three children (11-year-old boy, 9-year-old boy, and 9-year-old girl). The role focuses on academic support, daily routines, and household coordination. You will work alongside a full-time housekeeper who has been with the family for several years. The family values continuity and is looking for someone who can commit to a long-term role (up to two years) to ensure stability for the children.
Key Responsibilities- Assist children with homework and learning activities (British curriculum)
- Organize daily schedules, extracurricular activities, and playtime
- Supervise routines including bedtime, personal care, and daily structure
- Encourage positive learning habits and emotional development
- Plan healthy snacks and support a tidy, structured home environment
- Assist parents with child-related tasks and light household coordination
- Work collaboratively with the family’s full-time housekeeper
- College graduate (Education background preferred)
- 8–10 years of experience in a similar role (family assistant, tutor, governess, or nanny)
- Fluent in English with strong communication skills
- Kind, patient, organized, and reliable
- Comfortable working closely with children and family members
- UAE-based and available to start immediately
