Perfect Household Staff is delighted to present a truly exciting opportunity for an experienced, warm and faith-oriented Nanny to join a welcoming family relocating to Dubai in mid-March. The family includes two toddlers aged 1 and 2, with a newborn due at the end of May, and two older children (aged 5 and
8) who join the household periodically. This is a devoted, hands‑on family who prioritise strong family values and raising their children with clear moral foundations. The parents are actively involved and seek a Nanny who will integrate seamlessly into family life, supporting their parenting style with care, wisdom and maturity. Working as a Nanny within this household will involve shared‑care alongside a very present mother, with a focus on toddler development, supervision, structured routine and emotional support. The role is not a sole‑charge position in the traditional sense; rather, it is a collaborative partnership, assisting with supervision, educational play, language development (Russian and English), light meal preparation support and general childcare duties.

No driving duties are required, as the family will employ a driver. The family is seeking a long‑term commitment from a professional who values stability, discretion and faith alignment.

• Providing attentive care to toddlers aged 1 and 2 in a shared‑care capacity

• Occasional evening babysitting by agreement
• Emotional intelligence and cultural sensitivity

• Three or more years of private Nanny experience
• 2 excellent checkable references
• Conversational English + Russian
• Legal ability to work
