Videographer – Dubai
We are a pioneering EdTech company that empowers millions of people across the globe. We’re looking for a videographer based in Dubai who has an almost obsessive mastery of lighting, color editing, and camera movement that brings audiences inside the experience.
Your Mission- Plan, shoot, and edit visuals that go beyond storytelling – they immerse the viewer.
- Obsession over light, treating it like a co‑director – natural, artificial, and sculpted to perfection.
- Use camera moves that flow like choreography, not gimmicks but driven by emotion.
- Capture textures, expressions, and environments that hit the viewer straight in the chest.
- Transform raw footage into visual poetry with thoughtful color grading.
- Work closely with music, sound design, and pacing to maximize emotional impact.
- Know when to push the aesthetic envelope and when to let simplicity speak loudest.
- Operate with full autonomy—you’re already doing it, not waiting to be told.
- Manage your equipment, files, and workflow with precision.
- Collaborate when needed, but create like an artist in flow.
- You know how to light a scene that gives chills.
- You’re a master of cinematic camera techniques—dolly, gimbal, handheld, and more.
- You breathe life into footage through color, contrast, and emotion.
- Your tools:
Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, After Effects, and any gear that serves the story. - You’re endlessly curious, always pushing your visual language.
- English fluent;
French is a plus. - Based in Dubai or planning to relocate in the near future.
- Autonomous, reliable, self‑driven.
- Obsessed with excellence without perfection paralysis.
- Artistically soulful, execution beast—get things done beautifully.
- Comfortable receiving raw feedback; growth > ego.
- Not just a videographer but a visual storyteller.
- Strong desire to create the wow effect.
- Full‑time contract, flexible work hours and remote options.
