As Events Creative Director, you will be the driving force behind the creative vision of Quill’s event productions. This role requires an innovative leader with a strong background in experiential marketing, event conceptualization, brand storytelling, and audience engagement. You will work closely with clients, internal teams, and production partners to conceptualize, design, and oversee the execution of world-class events that align with Quill’s creative standards.

• Develop and lead creative event concepts, ensuring alignment with brand objectives and audience expectations.
• Oversee the end-to-end creative process, from ideation and concept design to execution.
• Stay ahead of industry trends, new technologies, and experiential innovations to craft cutting-edge event experiences.
• Translate client briefs into compelling, immersive event stories that captivate audiences.

• Work with designers, set builders, production teams, and audiovisual specialists to develop impactful event visuals and experiences.
• Ensure that all event creative elements, including set design, lighting, multimedia, and interactive experiences, are cohesive and visually stunning.
• Collaborate with event managers, producers, and technical teams to bring creative visions to life while maintaining feasibility, budget, and timelines.

• Present event concepts, mood boards, storyboards, and experience flow to clients in a compelling and strategic manner.
• Act as a creative consultant to clients, offering innovative solutions that enhance brand experiences.
• Work closely with the accounts and business development teams to pitch and sell creative event concepts.
• Lead and mentor a team of event designers, art directors, and creatives, ensuring alignment with Quill’s creative vision.
• Collaborate with internal departments, including digital, PR, and content teams, to ensure integrated, multi-channel event experiences.
• Inspire and motivate the team to push creative boundaries and produce standout work.

• 10+ years of experience in events, experiential marketing, or creative direction.
• Proven expertise in conceptualizing and executing high-impact corporate, brand, and public events.
• Strong portfolio showcasing large-scale events, activations, and brand experiences.
• Experience in working with luxury brands, corporate clients, and high-profile government entities is a plus.
• Strong understanding of event design, stage production, audiovisual technologies, and digital integrations.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and storytelling skills.
• Ability to balance creativity with commercial objectives, ensuring feasibility and budget alignment.
• Leadership experience, with a track record of mentoring and inspiring creative teams.
• A passion for pushing creative boundaries and delivering unforgettable event experiences.
