As an Experience Manager, you’ll be the creative and operational driver behind our activations and live event content. You’ll work with cross‑functional teams to bring ambitious ideas to life, whether that’s curating a line‑up of performers, designing an immersive brand zone, or producing a high‑energy brokers event.
This role is perfect for someone from an agency background with proven experience in experiential, activations, and live event delivery, where “programming” is just one of the tools in your creative toolkit.
What You’ll Do- Create Impactful Experiences
– Design and deliver immersive activations, brand experiences, and festival content that brings brands to life. - Be a Natural Storyteller
– Align creative concepts with client objectives and audience expectations. - Spot & Shape Trends
– Bring fresh ideas from fashion, design, tech, food culture, and entertainment into projects. - Curate & Collaborate
– Build strong relationships with performers, vendors, artists, and partners. - Lead On‑Site
– Oversee live delivery, manage talent and suppliers, and ensure flawless execution. - Balance Creativity & Commercials
– Work within budgets while identifying revenue opportunities. - Work Cross‑Functionally
– Partner with creative, production, sponsorship, and marketing teams to deliver seamless results. - Refine & Improve
– Contribute to post‑event reviews to make each project better than the last.
You are an experienced events and experiential professional who thrives on creating high‑energy, high‑impact moments, for diverse audiences and know how to turn ideas into reality and have the portfolio to prove it.
- Agency or Brand‑Side Experience in experiential, activations, and live events.
- A track record of producing memorable activations, festivals, or cultural moments.
- Highly Organised & Proactive
– able to juggle multiple projects without losing detail. - Commercially Savvy
– understand budgets, P&L, and sponsorship integration. - Confident Communicator
– can pitch ideas, win buy‑in, and keep stakeholders engaged. - Culturally Aware
– can incorporate UAE and regional nuances into creative execution.
- 5+ years of event/experiential/activation experience.
- Valid driving licence
- Fluent in English (spoken & written).
- Have experience in fashion, beauty, retail, F&B, or festivals.
- Understand social media integration for live events.
- Can stage manage or show call.
