Senior UX UI Designer

Black Stone eIT, a leading computer software company, is currently seeking a talented Senior UX UI Designer to join our team in Dubai. In this role, you will be responsible for creating exceptional user experiences and visually appealing interfaces for our software applications.

You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams, including product managers, developers, and other designers, to understand user needs and business goals. Using your expertise in user research, interaction design, and visual design, you will create wireframes, prototypes, and high‑fidelity designs that meet user requirements and enhance the overall usability of our products.

As a Senior UX UI Designer, you will have the opportunity to lead design projects, conduct user testing, and provide design guidance to junior designers. You will stay up to date with industry trends and best practices to ensure our designs are modern and aligned with user expectations.

The ideal candidate is a highly creative and detail‑oriented individual with a strong portfolio showcasing their UX UI design skills. They have a deep understanding of user‑centered design principles, strong problem‑solving abilities, and excellent communication and collaboration skills.

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, Human‑Computer Interaction, or a related field
• Proven experience as a UX UI Designer or a similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design work
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, or Figma
• Strong knowledge of user‑centered design principles and best practices
• Experience conducting user research and usability testing
• Ability to create wireframes, prototypes, and high‑fidelity designs
• Excellent visual design skills with an eye for typography, color, and layout
• Strong problem‑solving and analytical abilities
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work on multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Experience with front‑end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus
