Backline Technician

We are seeking a skilled and reliable

Backline Technician to manage, set up, and troubleshoot musical instruments and DJ equipment for live events in Dubai. The role includes event preparation, onsite support, and collaboration with clients and the team to ensure seamless event execution. • Set up, troubleshoot, and dismantle musical instruments and DJ equipment for live events.
• Prep equipment in the warehouse according to the pull sheet prior to dispatch and ensure all kits are intact and functional during load-out.
• Provide onsite support during events, communicating effectively with clients, artists technical teams, and tour managers.
• Handle pre and post-event activities, including setup, standby support, dismantling, and testing returned equipment.
• Stay updated with industry technology and train other technicians and support staff.
• Maintain a safe, efficient working environment while demonstrating attention to detail, urgency, and professionalism.

• Proven experience with DJ equipment and musical instruments.
• Strong troubleshooting and technical skills for live events.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to handle high-pressure situations with professionalism.
• A proactive, problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
