I’m developing a female-driven ensemble TV series centered on the lives of four close friends who work as flight attendants
, navigating love, ambition, friendship, and personal drama across cities, cultures, and time zones.

The tone and style live in the world of Gossip Girl and Sex and the City
blending drama, romance, humor, elevated escapism and lots of travelling
. It’s stylish, emotional, messy, and character-forward — grounded in real relationships but with a glamorous, aspirational edge.

I currently have a strong concept and outline and am looking for a creative co-writer to collaborate on writing a standout pilot episode
, with the intention of continuing into a long-term series.

I’m seeking a screenwriter who:

Has experience writing TV pilots or episodic television

Understands ensemble storytelling and layered character arcs

Can balance drama, comedy, romance, and emotional depth

Enjoys writing sharp, modern dialogue

Is comfortable with female-driven narratives and relationship dynamics

Is collaborative, communicative, and invested in long-term development

Bonus if you’re inspired by or have written in the tone of shows like Gossip Girl, Sex and the City, Desperate Housewives, or similar.

We’ll work together to develop and write the pilot episode

Collaboration on character development, structure, and tone

Potential to continue into series bible, additional episodes, and pitching
