ABOUTTHE ROLE
The role will be responsible for creating high-quality, visually compelling multimedia content that aligns with brand identity and marketing goals. Your work will span across multiple touchpoints, from print and digital to motion and video, combining creative thinking with strong technical execution. You will play a key role in conceptualizing, designing, and producing brand campaigns, digital content, and event materials, not limited to brochures, logos, outdoor signage, digital screens, photography, and video content.
This role requires someone with an eye for aesthetics, storytelling, and composition, who is also capable of working under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Conceptualize and design visual assets across multiple media formats, print, digital, social media, motion, and experiential design.
- Capture, edit, and produce high-quality videography and photography for campaigns, events, and social media.
- Create smooth, engaging video edits with clean cuts, pacing, and transitions that align with brand tone and storytelling.
- Utilize AI-powered tools (e.g., Firefly, Midjourney, Runway, etc) to enhance creative workflows, image enhancement, layout generation, and post-production.
- Develop multimedia content optimized for various platforms including websites, large-format displays, social channels, and paid digital ads.
- Collaborate with internal marketing, digital, and production teams to translate ideas into visual executions.
- Stay up to date with global visual and design trends, incorporating innovative styles and motion elements into creative output.
- Handle multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring quality and timeliness under pressure.
- Conduct quality control on all creative deliverables to maintain brand consistency.
- Work independently while maintaining proactive communication with key stakeholders and creative leads.
- On-Site & Event Coverage Skills, capture live activations, and branded experiences with a fast turnaround, ensuring all footage aligns with campaign objectives.
- Strong Communication & Team Alignment, ability to work closely with creative leads, marketing, and external vendors to ensure clear alignment and smooth workflow across all stages of production.
- Problem-Solving Mindset, resourceful under pressure, able to find creative solutions when timelines or materials are limited.
- Time & Priority Management, capable of meeting deadlines across multiple projects without compromising creative or technical quality.
- Minimum 4-5 years of creative design and multimedia experience in the UAE (agency or in-house).
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, InDesign).
- Proven experience in videography, photography, and video editing.
- Knowledge of AI-assisted creative tools for image/video generation, animation, and post-production.
- Solid understanding of typography, layout design, color theory, and branding principles.
- Ability to conceptualize, storyboard, and execute visually appealing campaigns.
- Motion design and animation skills are a strong plus.
- Strong ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines while maintaining creative quality.
- Excellent command of English;
Arabic is an advantage. - Immediate availability preferred.
