Senior Graphic Designer

We are seeking a highly creative and experienced Senior Graphic Designer with proven expertise in social media design . This role requires someone who can create visually compelling, culturally relevant, and on-brand content that resonates with diverse audiences in both English and Arabic.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conceptualize and design engaging social media content (static, animated, and short-form video) tailored for multiple platforms (Instagram, Tik Tok, Linked In, Twitter, Facebook, etc.).
• Develop creative campaigns that align with brand identity and marketing objectives.
• Adapt global creative concepts to regional markets, ensuring cultural and linguistic relevance in both English and Arabic.
• Stay updated on the latest social media trends, platform updates, and design innovations.
• Collaborate with marketing, content, and strategy teams to ensure designs deliver strong impact and engagement.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver within deadlines.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of professional experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing social media work.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, InDesign)
• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
• Experience in creating motion graphics and short-form video content for social media.
• Bilingual fluency in English and Arabic (written and visual communication).
• Ability to interpret brand guidelines while bringing fresh creative ideas.
• Strong attention to detail, adaptability, and ability to work independently.

Nice-to-Haves:

• Experience with paid media ad creatives.
• Knowledge of regional cultural nuances in Governmental sector
