We are searching for a creator‑first, data‑lover, brand‑builder who can turn our video vault into viral content that engages, grows and converts at scale.

Reporting directly to the VP of Marketing, you will own the end‑to‑end content creation engine for David Laroche’s brand, shaping the voice of a high‑growth company.

• Transform Long‑form Content into Viral Gold
  • Mine seminars, webinars, testimonials and programs to extract valuable insights and turn them into powerful short‑form social media content.
  • Create high‑impact pieces for Twitter/X, then repurpose them into Instagram Reels, carousels and quote visuals.
  • Ghostwrite Linked In posts that stay on‑brand and spark conversation.
  • Maintain an editorial calendar (Metricool) aligned with content objectives.
  • Test, iterate and evolve: design systems to spot what works and double down quickly.
• Build the Data – Scale with Systems
  • Monitor content performance (engagement, reach, clicks, shares) like a hawk.
  • Extract insights to guide decisions and create processes that systemise what works.
  • Test variations in hooks, visuals, editing and tone; optimize relentlessly.
  • Document and systematize learnings into scalable frameworks.

• Proven track record in a similar role.
• Ability to repurpose long‑form material into engaging short‑form formats.
• Deep understanding of social media platforms, trends and best practices.
• Excellent writing, editing and design skills.
• Fast‑paced, deadline‑driven work style.
• Proficiency with basic video editing tools (Premiere Pro, Cap Cut, Descript, Opus Clip, etc.).
• Experience editing vertical video (Reels, Tik Toks, Shorts) with rapid turnaround.
• Skill in creating carousels, quote graphics and Instagram‑first visual content (Canva, Figma, Photoshop).
• Eye for typography, layout and visual clarity.
• Analytics proficiency (Metricool, Later, native analytics) and data‑driven iteration.
• Self‑driven, owning the content creation process end‑to‑end.
• Constant trend scanning to keep content innovative and culturally relevant.
