Charterhouse are partnered with a forward‑thinking educational research and innovation hub in Dubai, that is looking to hire a Strategic Creative Designer to join their team.
About the RoleThe role is designed for a multidisciplinary creative who operates like a "mini‑agency" – who thinks strategically, tells strong stories, and is comfortable owning ideas from initial concept through to final execution.
The Creative Designer will shape ideas into solid creative outputs across digital and physical touchpoints. The deliverables would span across social, digital, and physical platforms and formats, including concept development, narrative framing, visual direction, writing, production oversight, and final execution. The role will be responsible for social and digital content, websites, publications, infographics, and visual expressions across physical spaces, with a strong focus on narrative coherence and intentional audience experience.
Responsibilities also involve translating vision into clear creative strategies. Projects would be led end‑to‑end, with ownership of scope, timelines, collaborators, and vendors, ensuring quality and alignment throughout.
About YouThe ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in graphic design, communications, media, or a related field, along with proven experience delivering creative projects end‑to‑end. Strong written and verbal communication skills are critical. Experience with in education, culture, or purpose‑led environments is advantageous but not essential.
The successful candidate will be proficient in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Figma, and have a strong portfolio demonstrating strategic thinking, narrative development, and executional craft, alongside experience managing projects, timelines, and external partners or vendors. The candidate will also be comfortable working across disciplines and with a wide range of stakeholders.
