Content Creator - Beauty Retail Industry

1. Content Creation (Photo, Video, Tik Tok & Reels)

• Create high-quality photo and video content for social media, website, campaigns, and brand storytelling
• Film content using a mobile phone, with experience using professional camera equipment as a plus
• Capture product, tutorial, lifestyle, behind-the-scenes, and campaign content in line with brand direction and aesthetics

• Design and produce graphic assets for digital platforms, including social media posts, stories, highlights, banners, and campaign visuals
• Adapt visuals for different platforms and formats while maintaining brand consistency
• Support basic motion graphics and animated content where required
• Edit short-form and long-form videos for Reels, Tik Tok, Stories, and digital platforms
• Use mobile editing tools such as Cap Cut, InShot, or VN, with experience using desktop editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar) considered
• Apply transitions, subtitles, music, sound effects, color correction, and basic visual effects
• Edit and retouch photos to align with brand tone and luxury beauty standards
• Optimize content for platform-specific formats, ratios, and performance

• Plan, organize, and execute content shoots (photo & video) for live events, launches, and daily content needs
• Assist with lighting setup, framing, props, and styling during shoots
• Collaborate closely with the Marketing team and creative team on shot lists, concepts, and timelines

• Deliver ready-to-publish content aligned with content calendars and campaign
• Adapt and edit content quickly to match trending formats and social media moments
• Contribute creative ideas for content concepts and storytelling

• Ensure all content reflects By the brand identity, tone, and visual direction
• Work closely with Marketing, PR, and Creative teams to support campaigns and stay up to date with beauty, fashion, and social media trends

• Salary range AED 10K to 12k (DOE)
• 2–4 years of experience as a Content Creator, preferably within a beauty, fashion, or lifestyle brand
• Proven experience as a Content Creator for beauty, fashion, or lifestyle brands
• Strong skills in filming using mobile phone
• Proficiency in video editing apps such as Cap Cut and similar tools, as well as basic graphic design software
• Good understanding of social media formats, trends, and best practices
• Creative, detail-oriented, fast-paced, flexible and adaptable
• Basic knowledge of makeup and the beauty industry is a strong plus
• Fluent in English and Arabic (spoken and written)
