He leads on production, client operations, and the technical infrastructure that keeps the agency running efficiently.

Vivyd Media is hiring a mid‑to‑senior level Media Production Specialist to lead and execute video and photography across our client portfolio.

This is not a junior content role.

We’re looking for someone who understands agency workflow, fast execution, social‑first storytelling, and premium production standards. You’ll work directly with the founders on creative strategy and own the production pipeline from brief to final delivery across multiple client accounts.

• Lead video and photography production for client accounts across multiple industries
• Shoot high‑quality Reels, campaigns, ads, event coverage, product content, and brand films
• Execute professional product, lifestyle, F&B, fashion, and e‑commerce photography
• Edit video in DaVinci Resolve using a cloud‑based collaborative workflow
• Work within the Adobe Creative Cloud suite for photo editing, design, and supporting production tasks
• Professionally color grade footage and retouch photos to commercial standards
• Assist in and lead pre‑production including shot lists, lighting plans, mood boards, and scheduling
• Direct shoots independently when required
• Deliver final assets efficiently under deadlines with consistent quality
• Maintain organized file management, project structure, and asset delivery workflows
• Collaborate directly with founders on creative strategy and client direction

• 3–5+ years of professional experience in videography and photography, working with clients on a continuous basis
• Strong, diverse portfolio demonstrating range across industries and formats
• Proficiency in DaVinci Resolve (cloud workflow) — this is our only video editing platform and is non‑negotiable
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Lightroom, Illustrator, InDesign) — we do not use Premiere or After Effects
• Deep understanding of RAW photo workflows and Log video workflows
