Designer, Graphic Designer, Creative Design ​/ Digital Art

Overview

MBLM’s Dubai office is looking for a Designer who can contribute to brand architecture and experience by creating an ownable force of attraction. In this role the Designer will be involved in ideation, conceptualisation, designing, refinement and execution of a vast array of creative services including brand identity, design systems, advertisement, environments and print collaterals. The ideal candidate will be able to generate fresh ideas on their own as well as through collaboration with others, in order to enhance creative direction.

We are a fast-paced, hard-working group that needs someone who embraces the iterative creation process, who is passionate about providing solutions and can easily switch from the big picture to the minute details.

• Ideate design concepts, experiences and solutions
• Provide initial brand identity and system designs, refine directions iteratively and partner with production through final delivery
• Develop and codify brand design systems into cohesive brand guidelines
• Ability to understand and translate business, technical, and functional requirements into design
• Consistently meet deadlines and maintain high-quality standards
• Awareness of latest industry trends and best practices

• 3+ years of relevant brand design experience
• Preferably based in the UAE, but open to all (no relocation packages provided)
• Available for full time/freelance

• Proficiency with Adobe CC Suite
• Ability to listen well and accept input from team members and managers
• Ability to present design concepts and articulate ideas on how design can be improved
• Highly self motivated and works well under pressure
